A Refreshing Environment for Supervised Visitation

We provide a safe and supportive environment for children to maintain relationships with non-custodial parents or other family members. Supervised visitation is commonly implemented in cases where concerns about the child’s safety or well-being exist.  The purpose of supervised visitation is to ensure the child’s best interests are prioritized and their emotional and physical well-being is protected.

During supervised visitation, a neutral third party, such as a trained supervisor or visitation center staff, oversees the interactions between the child and the visiting parent or family member. The supervisor ensures the visitation adheres to court-ordered guidelines and provides a safe space for the child. The visits may take place at a visitation center, the custodial parent’s home, or another agreed-upon location.

The supervisor monitors the visitation, intervening if necessary to address any concerns or ensure the child’s safety. They may document the interactions and provide feedback to the court or relevant parties as required. Supervised visitation aims to promote positive parent-child relationships, rebuild trust, and support the development of healthy family dynamics, all while safeguarding the child’s well-being.
